Here’s some lovely photos of our Moriah House resident, Dennis, using his exercise bike. He likes to use it every day as he says it makes him feel good to exercise. It’s great for keeping his joints in good working order, and it also helps his powers of concentration.

At Moriah House we encourage all our residents to take as much exercise as they are able to. Studies have shwon that physical exercise is beneficial for the brain and mental health. You’re never too old to keep moving and it can also be great fun – Dennis swears by it!
