At Willow Tree House our residents had a great time marking the 80th Anniversary of VE Day. There were lots of amazing stories and memories being recalled during the day, with all residents really enjoying seeing all the decorations and costumes that we had especially for the day. We enjoyed a lovely fish and chips lunch and then we had some karaoke in the afternoon – which was great fun and everyone enjoyed singing along.
It was great to see all our residents so engaged in the day and obviously enjoying their memories. We hope you enjoyed your celebrations too.
